Her journey began after years of managing 21 horses and staff on a full livery yard, followed by employment burnout as a PA. Living with chronic fatigue, Tara knew she needed a different kind of business. One that supported her health, energy, and need for breathing space. That’s when she discovered the power of systems, automation, and intentional funnel strategy.
What started as tech VA work soon evolved into a deep passion for building human-first sales funnels that don’t just convert, but actually support the people behind them. Tara now helps coaches and creatives simplify their sales process and create more freedom through done-for-you builds, template suites, and her signature program, Simply Funnels.
Today, her work is rooted in her signature ROOTED Method™. A calm, purpose-led approach to business growth that prioritises clarity, ease, and long-term sustainability. Meet Sam, a Habits of Happiness Coach and Business Mentor with over a decade of experience in the well-being industry. Her mission is to help individuals master their habits for success and happiness in all areas of life and business.
Sam's journey began when she faced burnout while running a thriving business and raising a young family. After experiencing paralysis on her left side due to burnout, she embarked on a quest to heal herself mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Through extensive research and training, she discovered the transformative power of positive mental and emotions and habits.
Sam started teaching about the power of positive habits, which evolved into her passion and purpose as The Habits of Happiness. Her expertise in mindset, emotions, anxiety management, and fostering healthy relationships with self-regulation has guided numerous individuals towards happier and healthier lives.
Today, Sam's vision has expanded into "The Habits of Happiness Coaching," an educational program focused on improving mental health and well-being using the science of happiness, heart math, mindfulness, and the mind-body connection.
