The Habits of Happiness Limited is a company that provides educational programmes for adults and young people to help improve their mental health and well-being.

Our programmes are based on the science of happiness, heart math, mindfulness and the mind-body connection. By engaging in our activities, individuals can learn how to create positive emotional habits, promote mental and physical health, increase self-awareness, self-esteem and resilience, as well as inspire compassion and kindness toward themselves and others.

Our ultimate aim is to help people develop a healthy relationship with their emotions so they can lead happier, healthier lives.

Happiness is a Choice. Everyone has the capacity to find happiness, but it is not always easy to do this by yourself. We have helped hundreds of people create positive lasting habits, increase their confidence, self-esteem AND live happier, more balanced lives.

Trainings

This course will equip
trainers with the knowledge and tools to deliver the Habits of Happiness course.
Through interactive modules, facilitators will learn key facilitation techniques, understand the course structure, and master methods for leading engaging and transformative sessions.

Our approach to mental and emotional wellbeing in schools fill the gap and support a learning enivronment where both students and educatiors can thrive, allowing them to fully unlock their full potential

Youth Sector

Our approach to well-being is to make it practical, relatable and accessible for the youth sector. Whether it’s an introductory taster session, a workshop or a training course, we’ll plant seeds and provide tools that can enhance youth well-being and performance.

Our Story

Samantha-Jane's journey began over 10 years ago when she was running a successful business and raising a young family. However, she didn't realise she was heading for burnout until one day in early January 2010, when she woke up with complete paralysis on the left side of her body. After weeks of testing, she was told her condition was psychosomatic and the result of stress.

This experience led her on a journey to heal herself mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
